Shipping costs and delivery times

Place your order from Monday to Friday before 6 p.m. (GMT +1:00), and we will ship it on the same day (unless you choose to "pay in advance").

To calculate the delivery time, add any product to your shopping cart. Then select your country and your desired shipping method. The estimated delivery date will then be displayed.

Which shipping methods can I choose from?

We currently offer two shipping methods. In both cases, your package is covered by insurance.

Standard shipping

We provide immediate shipping from Monday to Friday if your order reaches us before 6:00 p.m. This does not apply if you choose bank transfer as your payment method because a SEPA transfer via online banking usually takes 1 business day to be processed, and a paper-based SEPA transfer takes up to 2 business days. We ship our parcels with DHL and Posten delivers them within Sweden.

Express shipping

Choose DHL Express, and your order placed from Monday to Friday until 6:00 p.m. (GMT +1:00) will be delivered very quickly (add any product to your shopping cart and check the delivery time there).

Why haven't I received shipping confirmation yet?

The shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking link will usually be sent between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm. If you choose to pay in advance by making a money transfer, please note that a SEPA transfer via online banking usually takes 1 business day to be processed, and a paper-based SEPA transfer takes up to 2 business days.

If you haven't yet received shipping confirmation, please check to ensure the e-mail address you provided is correct or if your e-mail postbox is full and you weren't able to receive e-mails due because of it.

You can have a look at the tracking link for your order under "My Account" as soon as your order has been shipped.

What happens if I am not at home upon delivery?

Please check the tracking link you receive via e-mail once your order has been shipped for detailed information about your delivery. You can also find it when logging in into "My account" under "My orders".

The delivery will be completed by Posten. If you are not at home, you will be notified by the postman. In order to contact you, a phone number will be very helpful.

What can I do if I didn't receive a delivery notice?

Please check the tracking link for your package, which you can find in the shipping confirmation you received via e-mail. You can also find the tracking link under "My Account" when looking at your order. If your parcel is waiting for collection at the post office, you can pick it up upon presentation of your ID or with written authorization from the recipient.

How can I change my delivery address?

As long as your order has not yet been forwarded to us, you can change your delivery address easily while placing your order or beforehand in your address book.

If you've already completed your order, please call us or write us an e-mail. If possible, we will change your delivery address for you. Please note that we pack your order as fast as possible and a belated change in your address book will not change the delivery address in your order.
