so, I'm not convinced by these, the reason being the fact that they do what they say only when not compressed. You can look up stuff online and what they show you is that these insoles work only when not worn, after a bit under your wait they lose their capabilities...so not necessarily bad but I'd love something more consistent

the insoles really make a very big and noticable difference when skating big drops or when landing primo, highly recomend them.

Have a flat feet. I thought it will absorb 90% skating impact as per reviews but does not work for me. Got heel pain after using it couple of times.
