In the skatedeluxe skate shop you have the possibility to pay for your order using different payment methods.

Payment methods

After completing your order, you will be directly forwarded to the PayPal website through a secured connection (SSL encryption). Payment by PayPal is possible with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit or Giropay. A PayPal account is required for the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account or if you don’t want to register with PayPal, you can easily pay with a PayPal guest account via debit or credit card. Please be aware that the desired shipping address has to be confirmed through your PayPal account.

During checkout, you can choose to link your PayPal account for future orders. We do not store any payment details – only a secure connection to your PayPal account. This means you can pay next time without having to log in to PayPal again. You can remove this link at any time in your skatedeluxe account under ‘Payment methods’ or in your PayPal account.

Payment is possible with Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card data is secured through SSL encryption. MasterCard and Visa cardholders, please be aware that additional authentication is required: the so-called 3D-Secure protocol Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. Depending on the credit institute, an additional password will be requested to ensure that the credit card holder is informed about the payment.

To pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Google Chrome-stored credit cards, your device and browser must support the payment method. In addition, the linked PayPal account or credit card must be correct and valid. Please note that the payment method will only be displayed if the above-mentioned conditions are met.

Voucher symbol for payments with gift cards or premium club vouchers

 

You can redeem gift cards and Premium Club vouchers in the shopping cart after you have logged in or registered as a new customer. If you do not redeem the entire value of the voucher, the remainder will be credited to your skatedeluxe account. You can use this credit with your next order. If the value of your order is higher than the voucher value, you can pay the remaining amount with a payment method of your choice.

After finishing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with our bank details. We’ll ship your order after we’ve received your payment. Usually, a SEPA transfer via online banking takes one bank working day to be processed, a paper-based SEPA transfer takes up to two bank working days. If you need more than 7 days for your money transfer please inform us via e-mail or phone.

Payment is made in cash upon delivery. The fee is 10,00 EUR in total.

For payment with iDeal Wero in the Netherlands, you will be immediately redirected to the website of the payment provider ideal.nl via a secure connection (SSL encryption). Keep your bank details and the login of your online banking at hand. Your benefits: direct shipping of your goods, automatic debiting from your online bank account, highest security standards, and no additional registration.

For payment with Bancontact in Belgium, you will be immediately redirected to the website of the payment provider bancontact.com via a secure connection (SSL encryption). Keep your bank code, your online banking login, and card reader at hand. Your benefits: direct shipping of your goods, automatic debiting from your online bank account, highest security standards, and no additional registration.

To pay with TWINT, you need the TWINT app and a TWINT account that is linked to your bank account or credit card. After you complete your order, you’ll be redirected to pay via a QR code or TWINT ID. Open the TWINT app on your device, scan the QR code or enter the TWINT ID, and authorize the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a notification in the app and our shop. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after the successful payment.

To pay with Przelewy24 you need an account with a supported bank. After submitting your order to us, you will be forwarded to Przelewy24 via a secure connection (SSL). Select your bank and make the payment like a standard bank transfer with TAN. If the payment was successful, you will be redirected to our shop and the purchase is then completed.

After clicking on „BUY NOW“ you are asked to enter a BLIK code. Go to your mobile banking app to get a code and enter it on the site you’ve been directed to. Switch to your banking app again and confirm the transaction. Please note that the code is only valid for 2 minutes.
After that, the purchase in our shop will be completed automatically. You will receive an order confirmation to your registered e-mail address and your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

To pay with MobilePay, you need a MobilePay account that is linked to your credit card and/or bank account. After completing your order, you will be redirected to the MobilePay site via a secure connection (SSL) or the MobilePay app will be opened on your device. After you have authorised the payment via the app or your phone number, you will be redirected back to our shop and your order is complete. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after the successful payment.

FAQ

 

If you experience a problem with your payment:

  • Verify your payment details to make sure everything is entered correctly.

  • Check whether the payment needs to be verified by your bank.

  • Try a different payment method or browser.

  • Check with your bank or payment provider to ensure there are no restrictions on the transaction.

If the problem persists, contact our customer service team for further assistance. 
Please provide details about the problem, but never share your card information or login credentials.

 

We receive all payments instantly once you have confirmed the payment and the order has been placed successfully. Bank transfers, however, take one to two days, as we cannot influence the transaction period.

 

If you want to offset your existing credit with a new order, please let us know in the comments field after selecting your preferred payment method. You can also call or send us an e-mail as an alternative.

 

If your payment didn’t go through, but you received an order confirmation via e-mail, don’t worry — your order is reserved for you. 
We will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible how to pay it. Nevertheless, you can already open the order details and choose an alternative payment method in the „Pay Now“ section.

How to access your order details?

  • With an account: Go to „My Account – Orders“ and click on „More details“.

  • Without an account: Use the order overview link in your confirmation e-mail.

 

Discounts and vouchers can only be applied if you’re logged into your skatedeluxe account. Without an account it is not possible to add a discount or voucher.

  1. In your shopping cart, click „Do you have a voucher?“

  2. Enter your code and click „Redeem voucher.“

  3. A confirmation will appear if applied successfully.

 

Unfortunately, payment via invoice is not possible at the moment. We’re working on the possibility to offer this payment method in the near future.
