The Frontside Disaster is basically a Frontside 180 to Switch Rock. The movement is quite the same as with a BS Disaster but with the obvious difference that you have to do a frontside spin before you lock into the coping.
That’s a bit easier than the other way around and therefore a good trick to start with. You should have some experience in riding transitions nevertheless.

1. Approach the quarter pipe with enough speed, so your board can go over the coping. Since you have to do a Frontside 180 before the Disaster, you should turn your shoulders a bit earlier to prepare for the turn.
Your back foot should be positioned in the middle of the tail and your front foot in the middle of the board.
2. Now it’s all about timing. When your front truck leaves the quarter pipe, that is the moment when you pop your tail and turn your hips in a Frontside 180 degree motion around to get your tail over the coping.
5. To get out of the stand and to end the trick, you have to shift your weight forward and leave the coping by lifting up your back leg and pressing the front truck down with your nose on the quarter pipe.
Afterwards, you are exiting the disaster position. Take care not to bent to much forward to avoid falling over your nose.
