The term “Nollie” is short for Nose Ollie, which basically means that you do an Ollie off the nose of your board. A Nollie will feel strange at first just like doing tricks switch.
To get the Nollie Kickflip or Nollie Heelflip straight you should have normal Kick- or Heelflips on lock. Also, a good Nollie is recommended as a foundation.

1. So this time you will be riding in your normal stance but popping off the nose of your board with your front foot.
Besides that, the movement of the Kickflip or Heelflip is basically the same.
2. Place your feet so that you feel comfortable riding and standing in the Nollie position and also so your back foot is able to do the Kickflip or Heelflip motion.
3. Now bend down, pop the nose and jump doing the Nollie motion. Flip your board with the Heelflip or Kickflip technique at the same time.
